 Digital Product Disclaimer 
 

  • All SoulFrame Art products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped unless explicitly stated. 

  • Colors and artistic styles may vary depending on display settings, lighting, and photo quality. 

  • Once the artwork has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not available, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error. 

  1. AI-Generated Artwork Notice 
     

  • Our portraits are created using artificial intelligence (AI) tools combined with human editing and design. 

  • The final artwork is intended for personal use only and should not be used for commercial, resale, or promotional purposes without written consent from SoulFrame Art. 

  1. Copyright & Usage 
     

  • Customers retain ownership of the original photographs they submit. 

  • SoulFrame Art retains rights to the final digital artwork for portfolio and promotional use (for example, on our website or social media), unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before delivery.  

  1. Customer Responsibility 
     

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to submit any photos used (e.g., they own the photo or have permission from those depicted). 

  • SoulFrame Art is not responsible for any copyright or privacy disputes arising from submitted photos. 

  1. Limitation of Liability 
     

  • SoulFrame Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our digital products. 

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

3. Sharing of Information 

We do not sell or rent your information. 

We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting platforms, AI image tools) strictly for operational purposes.

  • Uploaded photos are stored temporarily for artwork creation and deleted within 30 days of order completion. 

  • Order details (excluding photos) may be retained for business and tax purposes.

You may request:

  • Correction or deletion of your data 

  • Withdrawal of consent for promotional communications
