SOULFRAME ART — REFUND POLICY

At SoulFrame Art, every digital portrait is uniquely crafted based on the photos and preferences you provide. Because our products are personalized digital creations, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to love your experience and will do our best to make things right.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payment or accidental double charge

File corruption or technical delivery issue that cannot be resolved

Order canceled before the artwork creation has started
Once a digital artwork has been created and delivered, it cannot be refunded due to the custom nature of the product.
2. Revisions & Adjustments
If your delivered artwork contains small inaccuracies (color balance, background tone, or composition), you may request one free revision within 7 days of delivery.
Additional revisions may be subject to a small fee.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you’ve been approved for a refund but haven’t received it:

First check your bank or payment account.

Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you may request a discount code for future purchases as a goodwill gesture, depending on the situation.
