Thank you for shopping with SoulFrameArt. This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver both digital and physical products to our customers. 

 

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS  

 

Delivery Method 

  • All digital portraits are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. 

  • You’ll receive a download link or attached file once your artwork is completed. 

  • Delivery times typically range from 24–48 hours, depending on order volume and complexity. 

 

File Format 

  • Standard files are provided in high-resolution .JPG or .PNG formats suitable for digital use and printing. 

  • Upon request, alternate formats (e.g., PDF or TIFF) can be provided at no additional charge. 

 

Delivery Confirmation 

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered. 

  • If you do not see it within 48 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at soulframeart@outlook.com

 

Download Issues 

 

If your download link expires or fails to open, we will resend your files promptly at no cost. 

 

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS  

 

Processing Time 

  • Physical prints or framed versions are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after artwork approval. 

 

Shipping Methods 

  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region. 

  • Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the U.S., and 10–20 days for international orders. 

 

Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. 

  • Free shipping may be available for certain promotions or bundle packages. 

 

Tracking 

  • A tracking number will be provided once your physical order ships. 

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. 

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or carrier issues. 

 

3. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERY ISSUES 

 

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing checkout. 

We cannot replace or refund physical items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

 

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address and reshipping fee are confirmed.
