1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital portraits are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

You’ll receive a download link or attached file once your artwork is completed.

Delivery times typically range from 24–48 hours, depending on order volume and complexity.
File Format

Standard files are provided in high-resolution .JPG or .PNG formats suitable for digital use and printing.

Upon request, alternate formats (e.g., PDF or TIFF) can be provided at no additional charge.
Delivery Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.

If you do not see it within 48 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at soulframeart@outlook.com.
Download Issues
If your download link expires or fails to open, we will resend your files promptly at no cost.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Processing Time

Physical prints or framed versions are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days after artwork approval.
Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your region.

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the U.S., and 10–20 days for international orders.
